Back, but a short walk today as it was too cold in the a.m. and spent some time with the Mrs. this afternoon.

Minimal gain but this will be the case for the next 5-7 days as winter weather settles over the area.

Hopefully, I’ll be able to get some steps in tomorrow before the real cold hits on Sunday and into next week which will limit my walks for the week.
