OK, so it’s not 5.68 miles, but anytime I can reach four and a half miles it’s a good day.

The book about walking the Appalachian Trail certainly helps and I’ve already got another in mind.

Today I’m approaching Briggs, Texas on a long straight stretch of US-183.

My current pace has me “arriving” on July 28, exactly 6 months from today.
