Beautiful day for a walk, but feeling a little sluggish. My ankle again felt good for the first two miles and pinching after that, but my legs felt weak.

Sunshine and about 65 with light wind.

Still on Loop 1 (MoPac) in Austin and made it to Barton Hills this afternoon, falling just short of 20 miles total.

Body feels tired and like I need a day of rest, which I’m hesitant to do at this point, since I will be forced to miss Thursday due to an appointment.
